A unique technique for facial and body lymphatic drainage

Faceplasty is a science based on in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and techniques for restoring facial youthfulness. Working with lymph is an integral part of the natural rejuvenation method. It cleanses tissues of toxins and nourishes cells. When lymph flow is disrupted, swelling occurs, the complexion becomes dull, and early signs of aging appear.

How to stimulate lymph flow in the face using natural methods: breathing practices, facial exercises, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and practicing gentle lymphatic drainage massage. These recommendations will help the face acquire clear contours, remove swelling, restore tone, and tighten the skin. These techniques are an alternative to injections or surgery for those who want to achieve long-term results.

Lymphatic facial massage vs. traditional facial massage: the classic method can improve blood flow and skin tone in the short term, while working at a deep level with the lymph restores natural youthfulness for a long time.

You can contour your face using unique techniques that restore drainage and shape the oval of the face. You can learn unique methods of facial contouring for lymphedema without surgery at the Academy of Osteopathy and Faceplasty by Ales Ulishchenko.

The goal of the faceplasty method is to restore the balance between bones, muscles, and ligaments, removing blockages and improving lymphatic function. The techniques focus on the root causes of aging: stress, malocclusion, muscle tension, asymmetry, hormonal changes, and difficulties in the functioning of internal organs.

The goal of the training is to show students that the body is a single system. By addressing one problem, you can eliminate a number of others. At the Academy, you can learn how to be healthy without surgery or “beauty injections.”

Basic faceplasty techniques and how they work

The main methods include manual lymphatic drainage massage, kinesio taping, myofascial release, and gentle correction. This method includes various types of massage and manual techniques based on palpation.

Manual lymphatic drainage massage of the face: benefits —

  • Gently stimulates lymph flow, removes toxins, reduces swelling, and improves microcirculation, which leads to a natural face lift.
  • Unlike machine-based methods, manual massage works on an individual level, allowing you to feel the reaction of the tissues and adjust your movements in real time.
  • Reduces inflammation, increases skin elasticity, and makes facial contours clear and youthful.

Key techniques of faceplasty:

  • Kinesio taping of the face for lymphatic drainage under the eyes

Specialists use elastic tapes that stimulate lymph flow without compression. Taping supports the tissues, correctly modeling the contours and reducing tension. Tapes affect the tone of the face, preventing sagging, and accelerate lymphatic drainage, which is especially useful for the areas under the eyes.

  • Myofascial relaxation

This method focuses on the fascia. Corrections restore balance by strengthening the muscles at a deep level, restoring symmetry and youthfulness to the face.

  • Body lymphatic drainage for facial rejuvenation

Poor posture and, as a result, slouching, disrupts lymph flow in the neck and face, increasing swelling and the aging process of the skin. Working on your posture allows you to achieve rejuvenation results faster, as lymph circulates freely from the face to the body.

Top 3 rules for a young and fresh-looking face:

  1. Neck stretching exercises – keep your neck straight and toned to maintain good posture.
  2. Chewing muscle stretches – relax your facial muscles to avoid clenching and maintain clear contours.
  3. Lymphatic drainage improves fluid drainage. Lymphatic facial massage techniques to reduce puffiness help get rid of fluid retention and give the skin a healthy glow.

Aesthetic results of the faceplasty: from the cheekbones to the jawline

Lymphatic facial massage techniques to reduce puffiness, eliminate nasolabial folds, and double chin help achieve impressive results. The changes occur thanks to the harmonious balance of myofascial relaxation, taping, and lymphatic drainage massage, which activates lymph flow and strengthens tissue tone.

Faceplasty exercises and techniques bring the face and body into harmony and rejuvenate the entire body. Our courses teach techniques for maintaining abdominal muscle tone and effective exercises for lymphatic drainage of the body to combat sagging breasts, which in turn rejuvenates the face.

Faceplasty for natural chin line lifting focuses on contouring the lower jaw. This includes working with posture, neck, myofascia of the masticatory muscles, and the submandibular area to create a clear V-shaped line.

Posture exercises for breast lymphatic drainage help prevent sagging and give the breasts a beautiful shape. For example, pull-ups on the bars improve drainage in this area, which is a “bridge” for lifting the face and neck.

Incorrect body posture disrupts lymph flow, increasing swelling and reducing tone. When the spine and shoulders are straight, lymph flows freely from the face to the body, reducing crow’s feet, bags under the eyes, and sagging chin. People with good posture achieve rejuvenation results faster — their face looks lifted, their cheekbones are higher, and their nasolabial folds are smoothed out. Exercises for lymphatic drainage of the body against chest and face sagging are a mandatory practice in our Academy’s program.

Faceplasty for different skin types and ages

The approach and combination of faceplasty techniques may vary depending on age and skin type: let’s takea closer look at this right now.

Before the age of 25, the skin is elastic, the ligaments are active, and the fat pads are full. The main problem is puffiness caused by gadgets, stress, breathing disorders, and spinal curvature.

The goals of faceplasty during this period are to restore posture and lymph flow in the face, relax hyperactive chewing muscles, improve tissue quality at the first signs of TMJ disorders, and maintain the health of the fascial lines of the neck.

Osteopathy and neck lymphatic drainage are particularly effective, as the lymph responds most quickly to massage techniques. After just 1-2 procedures, swelling disappears and the facial contours become clearer.

25–35 years old — prevention of the first age-related changes: signs of aging, spasmodic muscles, deterioration of microcirculation, stagnation in fat pockets and the chin.

Faceplasty, osteopathy, and lymphatic drainage of the face and neck work together on the deep layers: they gently correct the bones of the skull, normalize the position of the jaw, restore the tone of the fascia, and activate full lymphatic drainage.

From 35 to 45 years old — deep work with muscles, bones, and fascia. Processes associated with the redistribution of fat deposits are activated. Ligaments become less elastic, muscles become more tense, and bones may shift.

The faceplasty technique at this age includes detailed work with the deep masticatory muscles, elimination of fascial tightness in the neck, mobilization of the skull bones to improve symmetry, work with the nasolacrimal groove and the middle part of the face.

It is during this period that many people wonder why facial swelling does not go away and how lymphatic drainage can help. The reason is a sedentary lifestyle or stress, which constricts the diaphragm, causes the fascia to become more compacted, fat deposits to shift, and hypertonicity of the masticatory muscles to block the “lymphatic gates.” Unique methods of faceplasty and osteopathy solve this problem comprehensively: they restore circulation, relieve deep spasms, restore mobility to the fascia, and eliminate fluid “stagnation.”

At the age of 45+, tissue renewal and restoration of facial architecture are necessary. The task is not just to tighten the face, but to carry out a thorough reconstruction. It is necessary to work with cranial rhythms, jaw shape, the condition of fascial connective tissues, the quality of lymph flow, and the stability of the ligamentous apparatus.

    Faceplasty for different skin types

    • Thin skin requires a gentler cranial and fascial approach. Specialists avoid rough manipulations and focus on lymphatic drainage, improving microcirculation, and gentle techniques.
    • Thick skin prone to swelling requires osteopathy, lymphatic drainage of the face and neck, plus posture correction. Faceplasty helps restore lymphatic flow, improve fascia movement, and balance muscles that interfere with normal drainage.
    • The problem is dry skin. It occurs due to poor microcirculation, muscle tension, decreased tone, and insufficient cell nutrition. Deep work normalizes blood supply and removes muscle “locks” — and the skin itself begins to retain moisture.
    • Combination skin: tension in the masticatory muscles and stress increase oiliness in the T-zone. Faceplasty reduces hypertonicity and regulates vegetative reactions.

This method solves all these problems, regardless of age and skin type:

✔ improves lymphatic drainage of the face and neck,

    ✔ activates venous outflow,

    ✔ restores diaphragmatic breathing,

✔ aligns posture and the chest,

    ✔ removes fascial restrictions.

The result is radiant skin, defined facial features, natural lifting, and a healthy body.

The face and body as a single system: integrated approaches to rejuvenation

Problems with posture or muscle chains in the body directly affect the condition of the face. For example, focusing solely on facial rejuvenation cannot completely eliminate neck sagging, nasolabial folds, or a double chin. The reason for this connection lies in anatomical unity: posture, muscles, fascia, and blood circulation directly connect the face to the […]
